山本 咲子YAMAMOTO Sakiko

奈良女子大学を卒業後、子ども服製造小売業の会社に就職。日本社会で女性が働くことの大変さを痛感し、ジェンダー問題を研究するために、お茶の水女子大学大学院（博士前期課程）に入学。アマルティア・センのケイパビリティ・アプローチを用いて、女性非正規雇用者の生活の質に関する博士論文を執筆し、2021年3月、お茶の水女子大学大学院ジェンダー学際研究専攻（博士後期課程）修了。博士（社会科学）。現在は、食生活における家事労働のジェンダー研究にも従事している。お茶の水女子大学基幹研究院リサーチフェローを経て、2022年５月より現職。お茶の水女子大学、横浜国立大学、東京家政大学で「生活経営学」を担当。After graduating from Nara Women's University, Sakiko worked for a children's clothing manufacturer. She enrolled in the graduate school of Ochanomizu University to study gender issues after realizing how difficult it is for women to work in Japanese society. She conducted research on the quality of life of women informal workers and graduated from Ochanomizu University in March 2021 with a Ph.D. in Social Sciences. The title of doctoral dissertation, “Empirical Study on the Capability Approach: Examining the Quality of Life of Unmarried, Non-Regular Female Employees”. She is also currently working on a gender study of domestic work on food. Sakiko joined IGI position from May 2022.
