高丸 理香TAKAMARU Rika

東京大学大学院で海洋学を学んだのち、環境コンサルタント会社に勤務。夫の海外駐在帯同に伴い退職。専業主婦になったことで、家庭内での経済格差や夫婦間のパワーバランスの変化に危機感を抱き、帰国後、お茶の水女子大学大学院（博士前期課程）に入学。パートタイムや契約社員として複数の仕事をすることで生活費や学費・研究費を捻出しながら、2017年3月、お茶の水女子大学ジェンダー学際研究専攻博士後期課程修了。博士（社会科学）。博士論文『女性の就業中断経験は再就職のための資源として活用されるか:海外駐在員妻へのインタビューから』。
鹿児島大学（キャリア教育担当）、静岡大学（留学生就職支援担当）を経て、2022年5月より現職。After obtaining a master's degree in chemical oceanography from the University of Tokyo, Rika worked for an environmental consulting company. However resigned from her environmental consulting career when her husband was assigned to an overseas posting. Becoming a full-time housewife changed the economic disparity and the balance of power the conjugal relationship. After returning to Japan, she started a graduate student at Ochanomizu University. While working multiple jobs as a part-time or contract worker to earn the living expenses and so on, Rika graduated from Ochanomizu University in March 2017 with a Ph.D. in Social Sciences. The title of doctoral dissertation, "How Experiences of Work Interruption make Women an Opportunity to Acquire Re-employment Resources:
Interview Research for Expatriate Housewives." After working at Kagoshima University (in charge of career education) and Shizuoka University (in charge of career support for international students), Rika joined IGI position from May 2022.
